Meet Mandy

Mandy's passion for human anatomy and pathophysiology began with her studies in Kinesiology in 2011, and this background in applied health science informs her current practice as a Registered Massage Therapist and Wellness Coach. Integrative health is a lifelong passion and a natural career path for Mandy. Mandy is dedicated to continuing education, and has completed courses of study in the topics listed below. This broad scope of education in Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, Personal Training as well as her 12 years of experience in professional practice enable her to provide custom, detailed insights into what solutions will help you to reach your health and wellness goals.

As a successful entrepreneur with 9 years of experience, Mandy also provides business mentorship and mindset coaching for health and wellness professionals seeking to grow their business and expand their career potential. 

My Story

My own personal wellness journey began after surviving a car accident at the age of 17. With the help of skilled practitioners, I was able to regain my mobility and live pain free, and I became fascinated with the human body's ability to heal itself, and the concept of optimizing the human experience. This lead me to complete the studies listed below, and I find myself continually learning in order to help others reach their optimal health. ​


Over my 12 years in practice, I have helped clients living with a variety of different conditions including acute injury, chronic pain, neurological conditions, as well as elite athletes seeking to accelerate their performance.
